SIGAB defines an independent research as research that is intended to gather information related to social situation of the difabel and the degree of rights fulfillment and social inclusion of difabel. As an independent study, this study is not bound to the framework of a particular discipline or time period, as well as community groups and certain territories, results of this study will be the basis for SIGAB in determining advocacy agenda both at the local and national/regional/international level. At least two targeted research results can be published annually.
