Justice
SIGAB sees difabel people as a party that has always been disregarded structurally and culturally. To that end, in order to uphold justice and equality, SIGAB will be fully in favor of the interests of the difabel.
Inclusion
Difability equality will not be realized without the inclusiveness both in theory and practice. Therefore, the enforcement of the principle of inclusiveness has started to be EXECUTED by SIGAB within the framework of its internal organization. From the first of its establishment up today, the principle of inclusiveness had been awakened by the balance of the number of staff and executive board consisting of Difabel and non-Difabel personnels. Also with the implementation of programs and strategies as well as approaches undertaken, SIGAB always puts forward the intermingling between Difabel and non-Difabel.
Progressive
As an advocacy organization for target groups that have been multiple alienated, progressivity is needed in building advocacy movement for change.
Difabel leadership
SIGAB alignments for Difabel will never be enough without the leadership figures with Difability. The involvement of Difabel people are not only as beneficiaries of SIGAB programs, but as a leader of change for Difabel groups that are believed by SIGAB as the greatest power to lead the movement of such changes.
Professional
Can civil society organizations of Difabel be professional? This is demeaning question that will be answered by SIGAB through real work. This Difabel organization with Difabel leaders will be able to prove the professionalism, transparency and accountability.
